We are looking for Zonal sales Manager with 12+ yrs experience in Channel Sales & Distribution
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone
- Drive revenue growth through existing and new accounts
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional/Area Sales Managers and sales teams
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
- Expand and strengthen distributor, dealer, and partner networks
- Ensure optimal market coverage and product availability
- Monitor distributor performance and resolve channel conflicts
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Recommend strategies for market penetration and brand growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans
- Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA is mandatory.
- Strong working exposure in Channel Sales and distribution
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
