- Keeping Stock accuracy in Accessories Warehouse
- Maintain FIFO in stock keeping.
- Stock at various level should be maintained as per the guideline of safety stock management.
- Periodically review of Stock level and generate report for purchase order to replenishment the stock quantity.
- Liaise with supplier for timely delivery of material in accordance with P.O. & D.O.
- Periodically review of non-moving / slow moving stocks and bring to the attention of management to avoid dead stock.
- Resolving issues with vendors by keeping informed the management.
- Adopting scientific method of storage of materials.
- Ageing management of stocks.
- Adopting the cycle counting method to maintain the accuracy in stock.
- Periodically checking of records of inwards & outwards martials to tally the same with stock.
- Adopting quality standard to ensure right quality of material received.
- Prepare MIS and submit the same to management.
- Prepare and maintain planning of Accessories, Elastic and Packing material with historical data along with growth considering scientific safety stock.
- Calculation Method: Inventory management within budget.
- Execute the issues of material without zero pendency.
Experience – Minimum 5-10 years of experience
CTC Budget – As Per Industry Standards
SAP experience is mandatory
