- Managing Primary and Secondary sales of the allocated geographical area and tracking the same

- Ensure appropriate distribution across the territory as per norms

- Prospecting for potential distributors for finalization by RSM
- Communication of targets to distributors and team
- Handling distributor issues
- Taking care of SO/SE operations, market scheming
- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation
- PJP planning for SO/SE for coverage
- Effective Scheme communication to distributor/SO/SE, administration and tracking
- Successful execution of new product launch and track the performance
- Mentoring SO/SE and conducting market visits with them
- Being a communication channel between the company and the Distributor.
- Allotting clear responsibilities to team members- assigning targets etc.
- Plan and review targets with team
- Experience – Minimum 8-10 years of experience
- CTC Budget – As Per Industry Standards
