Responsibilities:

- Managing innerwear design process from conception through to final styling. Draw, design, and develop new all-over Prints and accessory samples, and create and turn in documentation worksheets.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Participate in meetings to discuss designs and line development, and present and review lines and concepts regularly.
- Supervise patterns that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervise making these including fitting, detailing, and adaptations.
- Selecting fabrics and trims, and collaborating with the team to ensure development packages are accurate.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
- Presenting story, mood, and color boards.
Requirements and skills

- Experience – Minimum 7-8 Years on Women Innerwear Designing
- Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or related field, .
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Photoshop/ Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, Excellent design and conceptual skills, and Excellent sense of style and color.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines, Strong time-management skills, the willingness to go the extra mile
