We are looking for Zonal sales Manager with 12+ yrs experience in Channel Sales & Distribution

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone
  • Drive revenue growth through existing and new accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Regional/Area Sales Managers and sales teams
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
  • Expand and strengthen distributor, dealer, and partner networks
  • Ensure optimal market coverage and product availability
  • Monitor distributor performance and resolve channel conflicts
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Recommend strategies for market penetration and brand growth
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans
  • Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams 

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA is mandatory.
  • Strong working exposure in Channel Sales and distribution

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
